Colombia requires all travelers to complete the Check-MIG Form form, an essential travel document designed to facilitate immigration procedures. This arrival card is mandatory for all visitors — whether they are entering Colombia under visa-free access, with a Visa on Arrival, or with a pre-approved embassy visa. The Check-MIG Form serves as an online declaration form that travelers must submit at least three (3) days prior to their intended arrival in Colombia. It collects essential information related to travel history, health declarations, and other immigration requirements to streamline the entry process. If you are not eligible for visa-free entry, you must obtain a valid visa in addition to completing the Check-MIG Form before traveling to Colombia..

The entire process — from application submission and document upload to approval — is completed online. Once approved, your Check-MIG Form, valid for Single Entry, will be sent via email as a PDF, ready to be printed or saved for presentation at airports or designated entry points.
