Refund & Cancellation Policy

JsdBiz, operated by , is an independent visa support service provider and is not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, or government authority. Our service charges may include both government fees and additional processing fees for assistance and documentation support.

Once you have submitted your application to us, it is assumed and agreed that we will begin the submission process within the timeframe indicated during your application.

Refund Eligibility

If you cancel the service, you may be entitled to a refund.

  • Applications may be eligible for cancellation only if processing has not begun. Processing starts immediately upon payment confirmation.
  • Rush and urgent applications are not eligible for cancellation, as processing begins immediately and associated fees are paid to relevant authorities.
  • If a cancellation request is received before processing has commenced, a partial refund may be issued after deduction of administrative charges. This will be either a service charge of USD 69 or a cancellation fee of USD 35 per applicant.
  • Once an application has been processed or submitted to the immigration authorities, it cannot be cancelled, as government fees are non-refundable.
  • No cancellation or refund will be issued unless an official request is emailed. If documents are pending, the applicant must either submit the required documents or send a written cancellation request. A Refund request must be sent form the email id registered during the application.

Arrival Card Service & Refund Policy (Not a Visa)

  • This service provides assistance with completing and submitting the required arrival or entry form. It is not a visa application and does not grant entry approval.
  • Processing for arrival card applications begins immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
  • Due to the instant nature of processing and submission, arrival card applications are non-refundable once payment is completed.
  • If incorrect information is submitted, applicants may request corrections where permitted by the respective authority; additional fees may apply.
  • All cancellation or modification requests must be submitted in writing from the registered email address used during the application.

Processing Timeline

While our team initiates processing immediately to help meet typical turnaround times, visa approval timelines are controlled solely by the respective immigration authority. Delays due to immigration review, verification checks, customer background, nationality, peak volumes, public holidays, or document validation do not qualify for a refund. As outcomes and timings rest with immigration, the processing fee is non-refundable in such circumstances.

Referred to Embassy / Further Review

If an application is referred to an Embassy/Consulate or placed under further review (e.g., additional documents, biometrics, interview, or manual assessment), no refund will be processed. Such referrals are determined by immigration based on factors like nationality, travel history, and security checks, and fall outside our control. Our service obligations are fulfilled at submission and outcome relay stages.

Pending Documents / No Response

Where required documents are not provided, are incomplete, or there is no response within the requested timeline, the application cannot proceed and no refund will be processed. If cancellation is requested within the permitted window before submission, only applicable service/cancellation charges will be deducted as per policy. Once submitted to immigration, government fees are non-refundable.

On-Arrival Visa / Separate Application

No refund will be processed in cases where the customer, after submitting an application with JsdBiz, subsequently obtains a visa directly through immigration, another agent, or on arrival. Our services are not intended to act as a backup or duplicate option once an application is already in process. As immigration authorities do not refund government charges once an application has been lodged, customers must avoid submitting multiple applications simultaneously. Refunds cannot be issued under these circumstances.

Service Fee Policy in Case of Visa Rejection

  • Visa decisions are made solely by the respective immigration authorities. JsdBiz does not influence approval outcomes.
  • For select eligible nationalities and visa categories, we offer a full refund of the service fee (government fees excluded) in the event of visa rejection, subject to review and compliance with submission standards.
  • This refund applies only where the application was submitted accurately and in full compliance with official requirements, and where the refusal is not related to the applicant’s personal profile, travel history, financial standing, background checks, or discretionary immigration assessment.
  • For other nationalities or visa types, a refund may not be available. However, where the rejection reason is clearly identified and relates to correctable documentation or processing factors, correction and resubmission support may be provided without an additional service fee.
  • Rejections based on applicant-specific factors, prior immigration history, incomplete disclosure, or authority discretion are not eligible for refund.
  • Government and third-party fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Eligibility is determined based on nationality and visa category at the time of application.
  • Please note that this refund policy does not apply to certain visa types such as Australia Subclass 600, Tanzania Business Visa, New Zealand Regular Visa, sticker visas, high government fee categories, long-duration or embassy-routed visas, interview-required visas, or other technically complex applications where government and third-party fees are substantial and non-reversible.

What This Means for You

Separate Fees: Please note that the processing fee and government fee are two distinct charges. We only refund the processing fee, which covers our services in assisting you with your visa application. The government fee, which is paid to the government authority, is non-refundable as per standard regulations.

Conditions for Refund

To qualify for the processing fee refund, your visa must be rejected for reasons unrelated to your personal background or insufficient documentation. Specifically, the refund applies if:

  • Your application is denied due to issues such as processing delays, administrative errors, or incorrect procedures.
  • You have provided all required documentation as specified in our application guidelines.
  • The refund guarantee does not apply to passport holders from the following countries due to additional compliance, risk, or diplomatic considerations: Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Nigeria, Albania, Burundi, Bonaire (Sint Eustatius and Saba), Democratic Republic of the Congo, Central African Republic, Haiti, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, North Macedonia, Myanmar, Russia, Sudan, South Sudan, Somalia, Sint Maarten, Venezuela, Yemen, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.

How to Request a Refund

  • Your reason for the request.
  • Your full name (as it appears in your passport).
  • Your unique transaction ID.
  • The email used to make the registration on this website.

All refund requests will be evaluated within 72 hours. If a refund is approved, USD 35 cancellation/refund charges will be applied per applicant.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original method of payment used during the application. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.

In the event of a duplicate payment or an overcharge, we will process a full refund of the excess amount. Please contact us immediately if you notice any discrepancy in the billing.

  • If a dispute or chargeback is initiated, we may share relevant records—such as confirmation of service and communication history—with the payment processor to help resolve the matter.
