What is the Check-MIG Form?
The Check-MIG is an online form that captures details of your travel plans, contact information, and basic health declarations. It is designed to streamline border control procedures and enhance public health monitoring.
Who Must Complete It?
- Foreign nationals entering or exiting Colombia by air, land, or sea.
- Colombian citizens returning from abroad.
- All passengers, regardless of age or visa type.
When and How to Submit:
- You must complete the Check-MIG form **between 72 hours and 1 hour** before your scheduled departure or arrival.
- Submission is required for both entry **and** exit from Colombia.
- You will receive a confirmation email that must be presented to airline staff and immigration officers.

- Submit a separate form for each traveler, including minors.
- Keep a digital or printed copy of your Check-MIG confirmation with you at all times.
