Professional Standards and Client Protection

Registered migration agents are subject to the Code of Conduct for registered migration agents.

The Code establishes professional obligations relating to client communications, service agreements, fees, confidentiality, recordkeeping and professional conduct.

Under the Code of Conduct, registered agents must provide the Consumer Guide and enter into an appropriate written service agreement before providing regulated immigration assistance, subject to applicable exceptions. The agreement identifies the agent(s) expected to provide the assistance, their MARNs, the services, fees and relevant costs.

Neither JsdBiz nor its registered migration-agent partners issue visas, control government processing times, influence government decisions or guarantee that an application will be approved.
